Mockups

All online orders are subject to receive a digital mockup. Some in-store orders may also receive a mockup. All rush orders are processed quickly and do not receive a mockup.

Please note:

The digital garment displayed on the mockup are for visual purposes only.

Customer artwork is placed on the digital garment for placement purposes ONLY, it is not 100% accurate in size or to scale.

Mockups are intended to confirm all order details, especially all those marked in red. We recommend using a ruler or measuring tape to verify actual dimensions.

Once a mockup is approved, the order will be processed exactly as detailed and serves as our official record that all is correct. If any requested changes are missing or any details are incorrect on the mockup, it is the customer’s responsibility to address them before confirming.

Disclaimer for Customer Provided Garments

Garments supplied by the customer are handled with care, but are provided at the customers own risk. We are not responsible for any damages that occur during production. Since the garments are not provided by us, we cannot replace them. All prints on customer-provided garments are non-refundable.

Rush Orders

Please note that we schedule all orders one week in advance. Any order with a deadline shorter than one week is considered a rush order and will incur a fee to secures your place on our production schedule, as it requires adjusting our already established production schedule. The rush fee reflects priority handling and the day your order will be ready for pickup, but does not guarantee a specific time.

Returns/Replacements

All of our products are made-to-order and printed using the customer’s own private artwork along with their requested details. Because each item is personalized, we are unable to offer returns or replacements.

Order Concerns

We are committed to ensuring every order meets the customers expectations. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 32 hours of picking-up or receiving your order so we can address the issue promptly.

After 32 hours, we are unable to provide compensation or accept any complaints, as we cannot guarantee that the garments have not been worn or used for their intended purpose. This policy helps ensure fair and timely resolution for all customers.

 

Artwork & File Requirements

All artwork is recommended to be submitted at a high-resolution (300 DPI) PNG files or vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF) for best print quality. This is especially important for screen printing, as proper files help avoid delays and additional fees.

We are not responsible for low-quality prints if the files provided do not meet these requirements. However, we understand that not all customers are familiar with artwork preparation. If you need assistance, please contact us. We are happy to help and can upscale or adjust artwork at the customer’s request.

Color Disclaimer

Actual print colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to differences in monitors and lighting. Please keep in mind that some digital colors do not always translate exactly into physical colors. For example, DTG and DTF printing use the CMYK color process, while screen printing uses Pantone color matching.

These differences are normal in the printing process and are not eligible for compensation.

Measurements

All of our services are manually operated, although we do our best to ensure accuracy and precision. Please note that we allow a tolerance of up to 0.75 inches, as slight variations may occur during production. Differences within this tolerance are not eligible for compensation.

Shipping & Delivery

We do offer shipping and local delivery through third-party carriers for an additional fee.

We are not responsible for delays, lost items, or damages that occur during transit couriers. All shipping and delivery services are provided at the customer’s risk, and no compensation is offered for issues that occur while an order is in transit.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We are happy to assist with order changes whenever possible; however, some changes may not be available depending on where the order is in our production process.

Orders may be canceled before the printing process begins. Please note that a cancellation does not guarantee a full refund. Certain costs may already apply, including apparel restocking fees, design fees, and production holding fees.
